The office is not the most comfortable. The calming music was interrupted by commercials (just pay for the premium subscription or download the music); having cat food commercials play in the middle of a massage is not ideal. Also, her phone was ringing. After the massage, she didn't even offer me a cup of water. Customer service needs improvement. Massage was decent. I Love to support small businesses but I wouldn't go back.

Went today as a first time client and I loved her. The locations is easy to get to, plenty of parking and she’s so clean and professional. I got a Brazilian wax and when I say there’s not one hair left, I mean it! She waxed me clean and was so focused to make sure she got every hair. I will be back, this is my new favorite waxer!!! I highly recommend her, she also has services too…

Very happy with my facial! Grisel was very thorough and took extra care and attention to detail! She also explained everything she was doing while performing the facial. Has a great deal on coupon. You could even get additional discounts on top of the groupon deal. I went through some of negative reviews here but did not experience anything such. Made an appointment online using their website. Called her when I reached their, as you may find it little confusion on parking, she guided properly. You have free parking available located backside of the building, refer my pictures. There is a garage. If you park in wrong place, you may get towed ,check signs. After parking, you may enter using the frontside and take elevator.Grisel is very friendly , accommodating and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. Explains everything in the beginning. Definitely recommended.

I called to make an appointment around 10:30. She told me that she was available at 2 pm. She also said she'd call back after her customer leaves. She didn't call. And when it was getting close to 2 pm and too late for me to look elsewhere, I called and got voice mail. I went by at 2 pm and found the place and walked in. The door was open and it was COMPLETELY empty inside. No furniture or people or anything! I called again from the location and got voice mail. The people lied to me, wasted my time and don't even seem to have a location anymore, even though their sign was on the door outside. Best to look elsewhere. Instead of a massage I got nothing but aggravation. What a joke!
