Muy muy incompetentes en este lugar. Traigo a my mother in law a que le hagan un Lab Test; ella es diabética y aún sabiéndolo su doctor y el laboratorista la hacen esperar hasta horas sin comer ni tomar nada. Muy negligentes y faltos de humanidad. A nadie le importas en este lugar. Por favor no vengan a este lugar; no es una buena opción aquí; y aparte no es gratis para nada. Lo escribo en español porque son más hispano parlantes los que vienen a este lugar. Definitivame voy a buscar otro lugar para ella.

I never knew about this clinic until my insurance changed and this office was recommended. I've worked in healthcare nearly 30 years and I'm very impressed at how caring and professional all of the staff are (doctors, nurses, and the front office).
No matter how busy they become, they NEVER treat you like a gear in a machine (unlike many HMO's I used to go to).
Which is why I don't understand the negative reviews.
They all work very hard to get you seen and taken care of as fast as possible.
Bottom line is that they genuinely care about helping you.

They were really nice to my ten year old daughter who came in with an ear infection and gave her antibiotics and Motrin for pain. I really don't know why it has so many bad reviews but they were nice here and would bring her back again. We did have to wait about 2 hours for walking in but that's understandable!! What with walking on and being busy!! ?

PLEASE GO TO HOSPITAL OR ANOTHER URGENT CARE YOU WILL NOT BE TAKEN CARE OF. Patient for 4 years and I’m over their unprofessionalism.

So I went in to this “urgent care” for a messed up ankle. (It was a torn ligament)They had me wait 4 hours only to tell me I had to wait longer for an X-ray. It did not feel urgent to them and frankly the medical staff here is a joke. They sent me home because the doctors were on lunch. Apparently the “doctors” take 3 hour lunches and then I waited another hour. The “doctors” got their medical license at Disney world because everything they do is Micky mouse. 4 hours for urgent care with no one there really is just NOT OK. If there was people there, I’d understand. I had to go to the hospital for X-rays instead. Don’t waste your time and money here. These medical “experts” are really only experts at MALPRACTICE. The poor staff isn’t that bad, they try to help but the medical staff is so incompetent. I’m surprised this “urgent care” is still open. I’m never coming here again. Urgent care doesn’t work, I asked them if I could get an X-ray appointment for my wrist which I think is dislocated and they told me they’ll only do it with urgent care… so either way I’m F*#ked because urgent care doesn’t treat you and they don’t let you make appointments for x rays. It’s a joke that this facility is still open.

Do you guys have ethics?!

The lab reception told me to seat and wait for the blood test. It ended up waiting for 1.5 hrs no body telling me to go in. When I asked the reception when is my turn, she tells me I should’ve go in. How come I should go in the protected area without the receptions call?! How should I I know I should go in when the reception told me to seat in the lobby?! It’s very sad that some people like the reception (young lady) don’t care about people’s time! Such an unpleasant experience wasting 1.5 hrs of my time for just because of the receptions ignorance.

My roommate went here yesterday. They tested him for strep which came back negative. They gave him a prescription for antibiotics and prednisone and sent him home. I was tested for Covid at the Veterans hospital. We have the exact same symptoms and they were sure I had Covid. My test came back positive which means my roommate has Covid as well. Do not go here if you want accurate results on your illness. You’re not supposed to give antibiotics and steroids for Covid! They did not even test him for it. Disappointing and unsafe practices.
