Today my son needed stitches from an accident and we went to urgent care instead of the ER. My son as anxiety and was super scared to go but everyone there was absolutely amazing! From start to finish. He would really like to thank Justin his PA who stitched him up and for explaining everything to him and having no surprises. Y’all did the best work. So grateful!

I brought my 88 year old father into Urgent Care and saw Justin. My father had an infection in his finger. Justin was so kind to my father and explained everything so well to him. He determined that my father should go to the ER. His determination was absolutely correct. My father ended up at York Hospital and had a partial amputation due to the infection. Thank you Justin for your kindness and for the referral. It was the right decision and helped my father receive the proper care. Our family is very grateful for you!

I went in because I thought I had Covid or the flu. I spent 20mins in the waiting room for them to tell me it’s not bacterial and not test me for anything. I went to another doctor and got tested for strep and popped positive. Waste of money.

Over the years, keystone urgent care has been a constant and reliable provider for our very active and large family. We have seen all of the providers, doctors and crnps- scrapes, bruises, earaches, X-rays, shots, etc- we don’t live life in a bubble, we play long and hard in sports, and there are no wall flowers on our outdoor adventures- when you need help, you think of providers and gratitude- and then you get busy again and life gets in the way - thank you all for the past 15 years of great urgent care- prompted by another visit today- convenient, fast, in and out with what was needed to keep rolling - keystone is our first choice urgent care in the area

Have always had a good experience at the old location and the new. Receptionists are nice and friendly, as well as the nurses. I rarely have waited for more than a few mins to be seen. The doctors are always helpful and understanding and listen to your issues without trying to quickly get you out.
If you don't have a regular family doctor, can't get an appointment with your normal doctor, or have an urgent no emergency medical issue this is the place to go. You will be taken care of ?

They are very good, never rushing you and they cover all the bases. I use them more than the pediatric services.nursing staff are the best , doctors are wonderful .
